support and retain our people as Newcross continues to grow and evolve.
Working closely with our Executive Leadership Team and
Board, you'll ensure our people, culture, leadership capability and
organisational structure support our strategic and commercial ambitions.
What you'll be doing
You'll lead our People & Culture function across:
- People
Strategy – developing and delivering a clear, commercially focused
People strategy.
- Strategic
Partnering – working with senior leaders on workforce planning,
organisational design, performance, succession and change.
- Culture
& Engagement – strengthening colleague experience, engagement and
inclusive leadership.
- Talent
& Leadership – developing leadership capability, talent and
succession planning.
- Employee
Relations & Risk – providing senior oversight of complex employee
relations and employment risk.
- Governance
& Compliance – ensuring robust People policies, processes and
employment practices.
- Clinical
Governance – providing senior oversight and connecting workforce
capability, safeguarding and organisational assurance.
- People
Insight – using workforce data to identify trends, risks and
opportunities and turn insight into action.
You'll also lead and develop a multidisciplinary People
team, manage the People budget and help move the function towards a more
regionally aligned and commercially focused People Partnering model.
What you'll bring
You'll be a senior People leader with experience of:
- Delivering
People strategy within a complex, regulated or multi-site organisation.
- Leading
significant organisational change and restructures.
- Advising
Executive and senior leadership teams.
- UK
employment law and complex employee relations.
- Workforce
planning, organisational design and leadership development.
- Leading
and developing multidisciplinary People teams.
- Using
data and insight to influence organisational decisions.
- Building
trusted relationships while constructively challenging when needed.
Experience in healthcare, social care, CQC-regulated
environments or Clinical Governance would be advantageous.
Why join us?
This is an opportunity to do more than lead HR.
You'll have the opportunity to shape our People strategy,
influence organisational change, strengthen leadership capability and help
create a culture where our people and organisation can thrive.
If you're a commercially astute, strategic and pragmatic
People leader looking for a role where you can make a genuine impact, we'd
love to hear from you.
