About Pulsetto

Pulsetto is one of the fastest-growing wellness tech companies - in 2025 we were officially recognised by Deloitte as the #1 Company to Watch in the Technology Fast 50 CE program.

You may have also seen us on Netflix’s “Don’t Die”, our founder’s Shark Tank pitch 🦈, or even heard that Cristiano Ronaldo and top NBA players use Pulsetto for recovery.

Despite the spotlight, we’re a humble team, moving fast, iterating even faster, and building the future of nervous system wellness. And now we’re expanding our team to power the next stage of global growth.

We’re looking for a Head of Performance to own and scale our entire customer acquisition engine across paid media, affiliates, web/CRO, and new growth channels.

This is not a role for someone who simply manages agencies, reviews reports, or optimizes campaigns.

We’re looking for a hands-on, highly commercial performance leader who thinks full funnel — from the first ad impression and creative angle to landing page conversion, attribution, CAC, MER, and ultimately profitable growth.

What you’ll own

Full-Funnel Performance

  • Lead our full-funnel performance marketing approach, connecting media buying, creatives, landing pages, offers, and conversion into one growth system

  • Own performance from first impression to purchase, identifying opportunities and bottlenecks across every stage of the funnel

  • Work closely with the Creative and Landing Pages/Web teams to continuously improve acquisition performance

  • Ensure creative strategy, media buying, and landing page experimentation are driven by shared performance insights

Paid Media

  • Own and manage all paid media channels, including Meta, Google, and other existing and emerging acquisition platforms

  • Build channel strategy, budgets, forecasting, and scaling plans

  • Continuously improve CAC, ROAS, MER, and contribution margin

  • Make fast, data-driven decisions on budget allocation and scaling

Web & CRO

  • Work closely with the Landing Pages/Web & CRO team to improve conversion across our acquisition funnels

  • Identify conversion bottlenecks and build a structured experimentation roadmap

  • Develop and test new landing pages, advertorials, offers, and funnel concepts

  • Use learnings from paid media and creatives to drive CRO priorities

Affiliates

  • Own affiliate channel performance and economics

  • Scale existing partnerships while continuously developing new opportunities

  • Ensure clean attribution and incremental, profitable growth

Attribution & Analytics

  • Own the performance measurement framework across channels

  • Work with attribution platforms and first-party data to understand the real contribution of each channel

  • Monitor MER, CAC, ROAS, contribution margin, and other key performance metrics daily

  • Turn data into clear actions — not just dashboards

Growth & New Channels

  • Constantly search for the next scalable acquisition channel

  • Launch and validate new channels quickly

  • Build a disciplined test → learn → scale framework

  • Kill what doesn’t work and aggressively scale what does

Leadership

  • Lead and develop the performance function

  • Work closely with Creative, Brand, Lifecycle, Marketplaces, and Finance

  • Create strong collaboration between paid media, creatives, and landing pages

  • Build strong processes while keeping the team fast and execution-focused

  • Manage external agencies and partners where they can add leverage

What we’re looking for

  • Strong track record scaling DTC / e-commerce brands

  • Experience managing significant paid media budgets across multiple channels

  • Deep understanding of Meta and Google performance marketing

  • Strong full-funnel mindset — you understand how creative, media buying, landing pages, offers, and CRO work together

  • Strong knowledge of attribution, CRO, funnels, and acquisition economics

  • Experience with affiliate marketing is a strong advantage

  • Commercial mindset — you think in revenue, contribution margin, and profitability, not vanity metrics

  • Comfortable working with imperfect data and making decisions quickly

  • Strong analytical skills combined with excellent marketing intuition

  • Ability to lead teams while remaining close to execution

  • Naturally curious about new platforms, channels, tools, and growth opportunities

You’ll probably love this role if…

You don’t think of Meta, Google, creatives, and landing pages as separate functions — you see one acquisition funnel.

You obsess over why one creative or funnel converts 30% better than another.

You look at MER before someone asks you to.

And when everyone says a channel “doesn’t work”, your first instinct is to figure out why — and test it yourself.

Your mission

Build a diversified, measurable, and profitable acquisition engine that allows us to scale aggressively without becoming dependent on a single channel.

Paid Media. Creatives. Landing Pages. CRO. Affiliates. Attribution. New Channels.

One full-funnel performance system. One owner.
