Role Description The Head of Private Banking at M2A - DAC Paris Nord-Est is a part-time, remote role responsible for overseeing and growing the private banking activities of the organization. This position manages client relationships, designs tailored wealth management solutions, and ensures high-quality service for high-net-worth and affluent clients. Day-to-day responsibilities include supervising portfolio management activities, monitoring risk and compliance, and coordinating with internal stakeholders to optimize product offerings and client experience. The role also involves leading and mentoring the private banking team, setting performance objectives, and implementing strategic initiatives to expand the client base and increase assets under management. The Head of Private Banking will analyze market trends and client needs to refine the value proposition and support long-term business development.

- Strong expertise in Private Banking and Finance, with proven ability to design and oversee comprehensive wealth and investment solutions.
- Demonstrated skills in Portfolio Management, including asset allocation, risk assessment, and performance monitoring.
- Proficiency in Business Relationship Management, with a track record of building and sustaining long-term client relationships.
- Effective Team Leadership capabilities, including coaching, performance management, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements relevant to private banking and wealth management.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills, with the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
- Relevant academic background in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CFA, CFP, or equivalent) are an advantage.
- Experience in European or international private banking markets and fluency in English; proficiency in French or other languages is beneficial.
