Get ready to Own and grow the physical product portfolio across multiple brands and international markets Identify new product and assortment opportunities based on market trends, customer needs, and competitor insights Explore emerging categories, ingredients, and formats to uncover the next commercially promising opportunities Lead new product development with suppliers and R&D, from opportunity identification to successful launch Drive portfolio performance through pricing, upselling, positioning, and continuous product optimization Manage stock planning and product availability, balancing growth opportunities with healthy inventory levels Build strong supplier relationships, proactively source new opportunities, and evaluate commercially attractive solutions Coordinate product knowledge and customer feedback across marketing, legal, supply chain, and customer success We expect you to Strong experience managing physical consumer products, ideally in supplements, nutrition, wellness, or e-commerce A commercial mindset with a strong understanding of assortment, pricing, margins, upselling, and stock management A strong understanding of consumer and product trends across the US and other international markets Experience identifying new product opportunities through market, competitor, customer, and commercial insights Hands-on experience working with suppliers and R&D partners to source, develop, and launch products Ability to understand product formulations and ingredients well enough to effectively challenge and guide external partners Strong cross-functional communication skills to align suppliers, marketing, supply chain, legal, and customer-facing teams A proactive, hands-on leadership style with the ability to turn opportunities into commercially successful products Salary Gross salary range is 4500 - 6500 EUR/month. Location We have several great workspaces to choose from, including our headquarters in Vilnius and our hubs in Klaipėda and Riga. For our Vilnius office, we follow a 4 days onsite, 1 day remote hybrid model. For roles based outside Vilnius, the work arrangement -onsite, hybrid, or remote-depends on the specific position.
