Base Salary: $200,000 - $400,000 + equity

THE OPPORTUNITY
Client is looking for a senior product growth operator who has personally engineered a
referral system that drove material organic growth at scale — at a company like Airbnb,
Uber, Robinhood, Discord or Zynga, where you were there at the right time. Founders of a
viral consumer or social app are especially welcome to apply.
You'll take full ownership of our referral program and rebuild it into a genuine viral
growth engine, with a clear target: a 3.6x improvement in 30-Day K-Factor.
