Job Description Head of Quantitative Risk Management Your Tasks Lead and manage a team of modelers and quantitative risk professionals Oversee development of quantitative models in HDI International division, especially capital models Managing the quantitative reporting processes of the division, including Solvency II reporting Supporting M&A projects with a focus on capital management aspects Your Profile Master’s in Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, Finance or a related quantitative field Proven track record in quantitative risk management or model development Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks and related accounting regimes, especially Solvency II and IFRS High intrinsic motivation to develop and excel in leadership and people management Versatile communication skillset covering the full range from expert to generalist communication, from local to international communication English language proficiency, other languages (German, Italian, Polish, Portuguese, Spanish, Turkish) beneficial Flexible working hours Flexitime arrangements and flexible working time models allow for a perfect work-life balance – however it suits you.
