Deze leiderschapspositie houdt toezicht op de dagelijkse operaties, financiële prestaties, de ontwikkeling van het personeel en de fysieke kliniekomgeving, en zorgt voor hoogwaardige, patiëntgerichte zorg. What you will do Wat je gaat doen Strategische uitvoering: Vertaal bedrijfs- en regionale strategieën naar gedisciplineerde operationele uitvoering. Stel clinici en frontlinieteams in staat om hun beste prestaties te behalen terwijl je winstgevende groei stimuleert. Operationele prestaties: Beheer de algehele operationele prestaties van het netwerk met 30 klinieken. Zorg voor consistente uitvoering van operationele normen, servicemodellen en patiëntervaringen. Vertaal strategische prioriteiten in uitvoerbare operationele plannen en stimuleer prestaties via KPI's. Financieel beheer: Optimaliseer kostenbeheer en productiviteit op het gebied van eigendom en operationele uitgaven. Monitor financiële prestaties met behulp van gegevens en inzichten om beslissingen te informeren en de winstgevendheid te verbeteren. Optimalisatie van klinieken: Houd toezicht op het portfolio van klinieken en zorg ervoor dat alle locaties veilig, compliant en in lijn met de merk- en klinische normen zijn. Beheer eigendom en lease-exposure effectief. Teambuilding: Bouw en leid een hoogpresterend team voor retailoperaties. Stel duidelijke verwachtingen, prestatienormen en werkmethoden vast. Bevorder een cultuur van eigenaarschap, continue verbetering en patiëntgerichtheid. What you bring Wat je meebrengt Een bachelordiploma in Bedrijfskunde, Gezondheidsmanagement of een gerelateerd vakgebied. Minimaal 10 jaar ervaring in retailoperatiemanagement, bij voorkeur binnen de gezondheidszorg of een verwante industrie. Sterke zakelijke inzicht, analytisch denken, cijfermatige vaardigheden en aandacht voor detail voor effectieve probleemoplossing. Strategische denkwijze die snel kan inspelen op tactische behoeften; vooruitstrevend en samenwerkend. Bewezen staat van dienst in het beheren van meerdere projecten en het halen van kritische deadlines. Teamspeler met uitstekende interpersoonlijke vaardigheden en een toewijding aan het opbouwen van relaties, zowel intern als extern. The Head of Retail Operations is responsible for the overall performance and efficiency of our network of 30 clinics across The Netherlands. This leadership position oversees daily operations, financial performance, workforce development, and the physical clinic environment, ensuring high-quality, patient-centered care. What you will do Strategic Execution: Translate corporate and regional strategy into disciplined operational execution. Enable clinicians and frontline teams to achieve their best performance while driving profitable growth. Operational Performance: Manage the overall operational performance of the network with 30 clinics. Ensure consistent execution of operating standards, service models, and patient experience. Translate strategic priorities into actionable operational plans and drive performance through KPIs. Financial Management: Optimize cost management and productivity across property and operational expenditures. Monitor financial performance using data and insights to inform decisions and enhance profitability. Clinic Optimization: Oversee clinic portfolio management, ensuring all locations are safe, compliant, and aligned with brand and clinical standards. Manage property and lease exposure effectively. Team Development: Build and lead a high-performing retail operations team. Set clear expectations, performance standards, and ways of working. Foster a culture of ownership, continuous improvement, and patient-centricity. What you bring Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field. Minimum of 10 in retail operations management, preferably within healthcare or a related industry. Strong business acumen, analytical thinking, numerical skills, and attention to detail for effective problem-solving Strategic mindset that can adapt quickly to tactical needs; forward-thinking and collaborative. Proven track record of managing multiple projects and meeting critical deadlines Team player with excellent interpersonal skills and a commitment to building relationships internally and externally Effective communicator across all organizational levels, with strong leadership and organizational abilities.
