About Vita Health

Vita Health is building the Health Operating System: an AI-powered platform that turns fragmented health data into a single, personalized plan people actually follow. We pair our AI with a layer of human experts (nutritionists, trainers, and coaches) to help people improve how they eat, move, sleep, and recover, with measurable outcomes rather than vanity engagement.

We deliver this mainly through employers and enterprise partners who care about the health and productivity of their people. Blue-chip companies including Amazon, TIM, Gruppo Hera, and Ferrovie dello Stato already run Vita Health for their employees.

We are a venture-backed team of around 27 people, scaling fast and deliberately. We are now hiring the leader who will own and accelerate our entire revenue engine.

The Role

As Head of Revenue, you own everything that turns our product into revenue: sales, marketing, and partnerships. You will define and execute Vita Health's growth strategy with a clear B2B focus, lead the full commercial organization (with the Head of Sales and Head of Marketing reporting to you), and sit on the leadership team as a peer to the Head of Product and Head of Engineering, reporting directly to the CEO.

This is not a "manage the funnel" job. You are accountable for the quality of our growth, not just its volume: predictable pipeline, healthy unit economics, market brand positioning, expanding margins, and a revenue system that compounds. If you think in flywheels rather than campaigns, and you are as comfortable in a board-level revenue model as you are coaching leaders, this role is built for you.

What you'll own

  • Revenue strategy and number. Own the company revenue target and the plan to hit it. Build the multi-quarter growth strategy across new business, expansion, and partnerships, with B2B as the primary engine.
  • Go-to-market strategy across sales and marketing. Unify sales and marketing strategy into one accountable revenue motion: positioning, demand generation, pipeline creation, sales execution, and post-sale expansion.
  • Unit economics. Drive the metrics that make growth durable: CAC and CAC payback, LTV/CAC, win rates, sales cycle, pipeline coverage, and net revenue retention. Make capital-efficient growth a discipline, not an afterthought.
  • Enterprise and partnerships. Deepen and expand our enterprise accounts, open new strategic channels, and build the partnership motion that extends our reach beyond direct sales.
  • Team and talent density. Lead, coach, and raise the bar of the marketing and sales team. Hire A-players, develop your two Heads, and move fast on mismatches. The team you build is the strategy.
  • Forecasting and operating rhythm. Own an honest forecast and a tight operating cadence (pipeline reviews, weekly metrics, clear ownership) that the rest of the company can plan against.

What success looks like in your first 6 to 12 months

  • A clear, sequenced B2B growth strategy is in place, and the leadership team is aligned behind it.
  • Pipeline is predictable and comfortably above coverage targets, with a repeatable, documented enterprise sales motion.
  • Unit economics are trending the right way: CAC payback shortening, LTV/CAC improving, and growth becoming more capital-efficient quarter over quarter.
  • Sales and marketing operate as one revenue team with shared metrics and no hand-off friction.
  • The commercial team's talent density is visibly higher than the day you joined.

Who you are

  • 8+ years in B2B go-to-market, with real ownership of a revenue number, including several years leading both sales and marketing (or sales plus demand generation) at a high-growth company.
  • You have scaled revenue before, ideally taking a company through a step change in ARR (for example, from early traction to 8-figure revenue) in SaaS, digital health, or a comparable subscription or enterprise model.
  • You are fluent in unit economics and operate from data. You can build and defend a revenue model, and you make resourcing decisions based on CAC payback, LTV/CAC, and pipeline math, not gut feel.
  • You are a builder and an operator. You are comfortable with the ambiguity of a company at our stage: you will design the system and also roll up your sleeves to close deals and unblock the team.
  • You lead high-bar teams. You have hired and developed strong commercial leaders, and you hold a high standard without micromanaging.
  • You know the Italian B2B market (enterprise and corporate buyers) and operate fluently in both Italian and English.

Bonus points

  • Experience in digital health, wellbeing, insurance, or another regulated or trust-sensitive category.
  • Exposure to both B2B and B2B2C or product-led motions, and a clear view on when each one earns its place.
  • A network of enterprise and HR or benefits decision-makers in Italy.
  • Experience partnering with founders and boards through a fundraising or scaling phase.

What we offer

  • 70k - 90k base salary (depending on seniority) + 20% bonus.
  • Meaningful equity: you share in the value you help create.
  • A leadership seat at a company where revenue is the engine, and you own it.
  • €2,000 Welfare yearly budget: fully flexible and usable across a wide range of services (groceries, gasoline, travels, mental health services).
  • Direct partnership with the founder and a real voice in company strategy.
  • True flexibility: Work from anywhere, or join us in our beautiful Milan office — your call.
  • Birthday off — because no one should work on their birthday.
  • Menstrual leave: Up to 12 additional days off per year, because wellbeing is more than just a buzzword.
  • Free access to the Vita Health app — which includes nutritionists, trainers, and doctors, extended to your family. Because if we don't live our product, how can we live our mission?
  • Your "Lawyer in your pocket": Direct, free access to professional legal support for you and your family. From checking house contracts to resolving online purchase disputes, Lexy provides expert guidance within 24 hours.
  • Continuous growth: A personalised Individual Development Plan (IDP) from day one, evolving with your goals and aspirations — plus a dedicated learning budget and weekly learning time.
  • Structured career progression: We're serious about your growth — with 4 formal reviews per year, ongoing 1:1s, and two salary adjustment opportunities annually (not mutually exclusive), meaning outstanding performance can be rewarded every six month

Recruiting Process

We believe hiring is a two-way conversation: while we assess your fit for the role, you'll also get the chance to evaluate if we're the right place for your next career move. Here's what you can expect:

  • Intro Call with HR
  • Business case: a short written assessment on your track record (deals you closed, people you developed, mismatches you handled)
  • Business case interview with the CEO and the Leadership team: discussion of the business case with our Head of Product and Head of Engineering.
  • Cultural & Leadership Interview with Head of Marketing
