Phase 3 — Lead and develop the sales department.

Compensation

• €2,500 net monthly salary (the company pays all employer taxes and social contributions separately).
• Performance-based commission.
• Opportunity to help design the commission structure.

Location

Remote initially.

Relocation or a local sales office may be considered in the future.
