Context

Vocca builds AI voice agents for medical practices: they answer calls, book and reschedule appointments, and handle confirmations and reminders so care teams can focus on care.

In France we sell to three segments: imaging centers, networks and health centers (key accounts), and independent practices. The sales organization runs as three business units plus partnerships, and grows to 16 people by the end of Q4.

Our founder and CEO moves to New York in Q1 2027 to lead the US market. France needs a revenue leader on the ground, with the legitimacy to sit on the Comex and the ambition to build a €50M+ ARR organization.

Your mission

Take ownership of France revenue (sales and partnerships) and take France to €30M ARR within 18 months, with a minimum x4 on France ARR in your first 12 months. In parallel, build the organization, the plan and the operating system that will carry France to €40-50M ARR and beyond.

Expected outcomes after a year

  • France ARR multiplied by x4, on track for €30M ARR at 18 months

  • A clear market plan: France split by segment and territory, with priorities, targets and resources per business unit

  • A complete leadership layer: open lead roles hired (incl. Sales Lead Key Accounts) and each BU running with its own targets and rituals

  • A strong and engaged team: At least 70% of top players, and strong sales culture

  • Higher closing quality and average deal size on large accounts (groups, networks, health centers)

  • A predictable revenue engine: reliable pipeline discipline and forecast, quotas and comp plans that drive the right behaviors

  • A strong voice on the Comex on product and operations: what process is missing, what product to build next

What you will own

Set the France revenue strategy

  • Break down the French market into segments and territories and turn it into a plan the team can execute to go from 5 to 50M

  • Decide where to invest: segments, up-market motion, partnerships vs direct

  • Represent France revenue on the Comex, and challenge product and ops with a clear view from the field

Deliver the numbers

  • Own France new business and partnerships targets

  • Step into large deals yourself to raise closing quality and deal size

  • Install pipeline discipline and reliable forecasting

Build and lead the team

  • Lead the sales leads of each business unit (Independent practices, Key Accounts, Imaging) and the partnerships team

  • Hire the next layer of AEs, BDRs and leads, and raise the bar on hiring standards

  • Design quotas, comp plans and coaching routines hand in hand with the Revops team.

Run the revenue machine with Customer Ops

  • Co-own signed-to-live with Customer Ops: contract terms, handoff, expansion

  • Apply a clear split between sales and account management on upsell and cross-sell

This role is for you if

Must have:

  • You have built or scaled a sales organization inside a fast-growing tech scale-up (Series A to C), in charge or as a strong #2, and you know what "great" looks like in process, pace and hiring

  • You have managed large teams (15-20 people minimum, including managers) and have personally closed significant deals (at least $1M in your career)

  • You think strategically: you can take a market, cut it into pieces and build a plan, not only run a machine someone else built

  • Professional English (bilingual Comex, US market collaboration)

What we will assess:

  • Strategic depth: how you size and segment a market and turn it into a revenue plan

  • Product and tech fluency: you understand a SaaS/AI product well enough to have a credible opinion on the roadmap and on questions like "should we adress small practices market and what does it takes in terms of sales and product trade-offs?”

  • People leadership: you set a high bar and bring people with you

  • Hunger: you still have something to prove and want an outcome that can change your life, not a comfortable seat

  • Conviction on the mission: you care about giving time back to care teams

Nice to have:

  • Sales + a second skill: RevOps, marketing, revenue strategy or entrepreneurial experience

  • Experience selling to healthcare professionals, groups or networks, or high-volume B2B SMB field sales

This role is NOT for you if

  • You have only operated a sales machine that was already built

  • You are not curious about how the product works

  • You are looking for a comfortable next step after a CRO role, with nothing left to prove

Perspectives

You start as Head of Sales France. If the trajectory holds, the role could evolve into General Manager France.

Compensation

  • OTE between €160K-200K

  • Significant leadership BSPCE package

Perks and benefits

  • Executive contract (cadre) on a forfait-jours basis, with ~8-12 RTT days per year (depending on the year's public holidays)

  • 4 days a week in our offices in Paris

  • Meal vouchers: €9 per working day (55% covered by the company)

  • EGYM Wellpass (Gymlib)

  • Health insurance: 50% of Alan covered

  • Annual offsite and multiple team events throughout the year

Hiring process

  1. Screening call with our Hector, Head of Talent Part-time (visio, 30-45min)

  2. Hiring manager interview with Eliott, CEO (visio, 45min)

  3. Business case with Hector and Maxime (on site, 1h30)

  4. COMEX fit with Maxime (Chief of staff), Hugo (CTO), Julie (Head of Ops), Charles (Head of Product) and Max (on site, 30 min for earch duo)

  5. Reference checks

  6. Offer

We aim to keep the process within 30 days. You’ll receive continuous feedback throughout.

Why should you join Vocca?

  • An entrepreneurial adventure, with a supportive, high-energy, execution-focused team

  • A product already live, with delighted customers in a fast-growing market (healthcare automation, voice AI)

  • A true scaling phase, with everything still to build

  • Real responsibilities from day one

We hire people, not roles.
