You’ll be comfortable leading multidisciplinary teams and navigating the full service and product lifecycle, from discovery and co-design through to implementation, evaluation and continuous improvement. You understand how to balance innovation and pace with safety, quality, clinical governance, accessibility and operational feasibility. Just as importantly, you’re an influential and collaborative leader who can create clarity through complexity and bring people together around shared outcomes.

  • Experience establishing a product centric delivery model and team, including ways of working, processes and tools.
  • Experience leading digital products or services, such as apps, websites and self-managed tools.

Key Strengths

  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing capability, with confidence presenting complex choices and recommendations to senior leaders.
  • Strong analytical and commercial judgement, using data, evidence, evaluation and community insight to inform priorities and investment decisions
  • Strong people leadership skills and experience bringing together multidisciplinary and cross-functional teams
