Please join us and contribute to our goals in your new role as Business Controller in the Distribution Segment of BA Industrial Solutions EMEA. ▪ Lead the digital transformation of the RFQ and Order Management Process with full end-to-end responsibility driving speed of doing business and customer centricity ▪ Drive strategy development, implementation and roll-out of state of the art digital tools (e.g., Salesforce, eCommerce, AI Agents, workflow automation, SAP/BW/Polaris reporting, and Power BI) ▪ Lead Change Management process, ensuring new work style implementation ▪ Initiate Process development to leverage efficiency potentials by maximizing automation, standardization, and AI usage ▪ Empower Sales, Sales Operations and Customer Logistics with stable, efficient, and user‑centric processes and tools ▪ Ensure compliance with internal and external policies & procedures Degree in Business, IT, SCM, or similar (university / university of applied science) ▪ Profound, min. 5-7 years experience in Sales, Sales Operations, Customer Logistics, Process Management, or Digital Systems Management ▪ Several years of leadership experience on in an international context, min. 3 years ▪ Significant experience with digital transformation, automation, and analytics – with deep expertise in Salesforce, eCommerce, Power BI ▪ Strong customer orientation, communication & change management skills ▪ Excellent know-how regarding the common RFQ and order management tools and methods ▪ Good analytical skills ▪ Proven project management experience in major international projects ▪ Deep understanding of business process design and optimization ▪ Deep understanding of RFQ and order management processes ▪ Transformation Experience & Change Management Experience The well-being of our employees is important to us.
