About the Role
Build and lead an in-house talent function at a growing fintech lending company. This player-coach role combines hands-on recruiting with talent strategy, helping the business scale while establishing a durable hiring and onboarding foundation.
What You'll Do
Build the sourcing and full-cycle recruiting function, and hire and lead a team of 3 to 6 recruiters.
Personally source and close technical candidates, particularly engineers, while recruiting for go-to-market, product, design, and operations roles.
Partner with executives on headcount plans, hiring budgets, compensation, and leveling frameworks.
Use recruiting analytics to report on pipeline health, conversion, and time to fill.
Establish structured interviews, calibrated scorecards, and an efficient hiring process.

What We're Looking For
At least 8 years of experience as a talent leader, including ownership of recruiting strategy and hands-on hiring.
Experience building an in-house talent function at a high-growth startup and significantly scaling company headcount.
Strong technical recruiting skills, including sourcing and closing engineering candidates, plus experience hiring for non-technical roles.
