Track recruiting pipeline health, conversion, and time-to-fill, and report hiring metrics to company leadership.

What We're Looking For
At least 8 years of talent leadership experience, including building an in-house talent function at a high-growth, venture-backed startup.
A track record of at least doubling company headcount, ideally scaling from around 30 to 90 or more employees.
Hands-on experience sourcing and closing technical candidates, alongside recruiting for non-technical roles.
Experience leading recruiters and owning headcount planning, compensation, recruiting analytics, and leadership reporting while continuing to recruit.
Familiarity with ATS platforms and Rippling.
