The team are committed to creating and delivering bespoke, “money-can’t-buy” experience days – working with our clients to create memorable events for live audiences, including sports and cookery masterclasses, football tournaments and company away-days. LiveX bring talent-led TV shows, books, podcasts and comedy to life through specially designed and fully promoted theatre and arena tours. We work with a variety of venues across the UK, from local theatres to arenas (and everything in between!) up and down the country and internationally. LiveX also specialise in speaker consultancy services, collaborating closely with clients to provide a range of solutions, from custom one-off speaker bookings to comprehensive event consultancy. Our dedicated team works with, and independently, from M&C Saatchi Talent’s roster, ensuring a seamless experience in fulfilling all talent requirements for events of any size. ABOUT THE ROLE M&C Saatchi Talent are seeking a highly organised, commercially minded and creatively driven candidate to join the LiveX Team as Tour Manager. Sitting within the LiveX division, this role will focus specifically on the creation, planning, management and delivery of talent-led live theatre and arena tours across the UK and internationally. The successful candidate will lead on existing touring projects, while also helping to identify, develop and deliver new touring opportunities for M+C Saatchi’s talent roster and wider talent network. This is a mid-to-senior level role suited to someone with strong experience in the touring, live entertainment, theatre, comedy, podcast, speaker or promoter landscape. The role requires someone who can confidently manage the full life cycle of a tour - from creative development, budgeting and venue/promoter relationships through to ticketing strategy, marketing, production, logistics, contract management and live delivery. The successful candidate will play a key role in building and scaling the LiveX touring offering, including developing new IP-owned touring concepts, strengthening promoter and venue relationships, and supporting the wider commercial growth of the division. Responsibilities Lead the planning, management and delivery of talent-led live theatre, arena and touring projects across the UK and internationally. Manage existing tour projects from development through to completion, ensuring each tour is commercially viable, creatively strong and operationally well delivered. Identify, develop and pitch new touring opportunities for M+C Saatchi Talent’s roster and wider talent network, including comedy, “An Evening With”, podcast, broadcast-led, entertainment and personality-driven formats. Create and develop IP-owned touring concepts, working closely with talent, internal teams, promoters, venues and external creative partners. Build and maintain strong relationships with promoters, venues, producers, ticketing partners, marketing teams, PRs, production suppliers and other key stakeholders across the live entertainment industry. Work with talent and talent managers to shape commercially viable live concepts that feel authentic, creatively engaging and suitable for touring audiences. Lead on tour budgeting, forecasting and financial management, including projected income, costs, promoter deals, guarantees, splits, production budgets and overall profitability. Prepare and manage tour budgets, settlement processes, P&L tracking and financial reporting, ensuring accurate records are maintained throughout each project. Work with promoters, venues and ticketing partners to agree and manage ticket pricing, sales strategies, capacities, holds, comps and reporting. Oversee marketing and audience development plans for touring projects, working with promoters, venues, PR teams and digital teams to support ticket sales and campaign delivery. Manage production requirements across each tour, including creative, technical, staging, set, travel, accommodation, crew, rehearsal and show-day logistics. Liaise with talent, agents, managers, promoters, venues and suppliers to keep all parties aligned across schedules, deliverables, updates and deadlines. Attend tour dates, rehearsals, production meetings, promoter meetings and key live shows where required, including evening and weekend work. Lead tour advancing across all relevant dates, ensuring venues, promoters, talent, production teams and internal stakeholders have the information required to deliver each show successfully. Draft, negotiate and manage touring agreements, promoter agreements, venue arrangements, talent agreements, supplier contracts and related paperwork, with support from internal teams where required. Ensure the expectations of talent, promoters, venues, partners and internal stakeholders are always managed clearly and professionally. Create and maintain accurate project timelines, tour schedules, budgets, contact sheets, deal summaries, status documents and reporting systems. Monitor ticket sales and performance across each tour, identifying opportunities to improve sales, marketing activity or commercial outcomes where needed. Deliver calm, thoughtful and solutions-focused crisis management across live projects, including last-minute changes, talent needs, venue issues, production challenges and audience-facing matters. Support the wider LiveX team in building the touring pipeline, identifying market trends and spotting commercial opportunities across theatre, comedy, podcasts, sport, broadcast, entertainment and live experiences. Undertake high-level research across the live entertainment and touring market to identify relevant talent, formats, promoters, venues, partners and competitive activity. Work closely with the wider M+C Saatchi Talent team to ensure touring activity complements talent strategy, brand development and wider commercial objectives. Represent M+C Saatchi Talent professionally and confidently in meetings with promoters, venues, partners, clients, talent and external stakeholders. Maintain confidentiality across all talent, commercial and contractual matters, always using discretion. Provide regular updates to senior leadership on tour development, financial performance, risks, opportunities and project milestones. Support the longer-term growth of LiveX by helping to build repeatable touring models, clear processes and commercially scalable opportunities. ABOUT YOU You’ll bring with you: Demonstrable relevant experience in live touring, theatre, comedy, podcast, speaker, promoter, production or live entertainment environments, with proven experience managing multi-date live projects. Proven experience managing live tours, theatre shows, arena shows or multi-date live entertainment projects. Experience working with promoters, venues, ticketing partners, production suppliers and marketing/PR teams. Experience managing budgets, commercial deals, tour settlements and project financials. Experience working with talent or high-profile individuals is highly desirable. Experience developing new live formats, touring concepts or IP-owned projects would be advantageous. Experience working in a fast-paced, creative and commercially driven environment. You’re good at: An experienced live touring professional with strong knowledge of the UK and/or international theatre, arena, comedy, podcast, speaker or live entertainment market. Proven experience managing live tours from concept development through to live delivery. Strong commercial understanding, with experience managing tour budgets, P&Ls, forecasts, ticketing strategy, settlements and promoter deals. Excellent industry relationships across promoters, venues, producers, ticketing partners, marketing teams, PRs, production suppliers and/or live entertainment stakeholders. Experience working with talent, performers, presenters, comedians, broadcasters, podcasters, speakers or high-profile individuals is highly desirable. Strong creative instincts, with the ability to help shape live concepts that are commercially viable, audience-facing and talent-led. Confident developing new touring ideas and identifying IP-owned opportunities that can be built, pitched and taken to market. A strong understanding of production and live show delivery, including technical, creative, logistical and operational requirements. Proven ability to manage multiple projects, personalities and deadlines at once, often within a fast-paced and high-pressure environment. Excellent negotiation skills, with experience managing commercial conversations, contracts, budgets and partner expectations. Highly organised and detail-focused, with strong project management skills and the ability to keep complex moving parts on track. A calm and confident problem-solver who can make clear decisions under pressure. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to manage internal and external stakeholders professionally. Comfortable working independently, while also contributing positively to a collaborative team environment. Flexible and willing to work outside of normal office hours where required to support rehearsals, show days, tour dates and live delivery. Strong understanding of marketing, PR and audience development within the touring or live entertainment space. Confident using Microsoft Office and project management tools; experience using CRM and ticketing/reporting systems. Discreet, professional and trusted when working with confidential talent, commercial and contractual information.
