Head of Travel & Lifestyle

We are looking for a Head of Travel & Lifestyle to serve a discreet, internationally active ultra-high-net-worth family. This is a leadership role for someone who will own, build and elevate the family’s entire Travel & Lifestyle function.

This is not a booking role. You will be the strategist behind every journey, season and celebration. You’ll anticipate needs before they arise, curate experiences few people ever access, and lead a team that delivers flawlessly, often at a moment’s notice.

What You’ll Own

Strategy & Vision

• Design and lead the family’s long-term Travel & Lifestyle strategy
• Plan key trips, holidays, seasons and events well ahead, while adapting seamlessly to evolving business and personal schedules
• Bring fresh inspiration by researching and proposing new destinations, hidden gems and once-in-a-lifetime experiences

Leadership

• Lead, inspire and develop a dedicated Travel & Lifestyle team
• Set clear priorities, deadlines and quality standards, and make sure they are met
• Take full ownership of the function’s performance and results
• Partner closely with other teams across the organisation as a fully integrated member of the wider team

World-Class Travel Delivery

• Oversee all domestic and international travel, from multi-destination itineraries to last-minute changes
• Arrange private and commercial aviation, helicopters, yachts and bespoke ground transportation
• Source and secure the finest hotels, villas, chalets and private residences worldwide
• Conduct scouting trips and property inspections across the globe
• Orchestrate exclusive events, activities and leisure experiences

Partnerships & Value

• Cultivate relationships with the world’s leading luxury suppliers
• Negotiate exceptional rates, terms and added privileges
• Ensure every expense is benchmarked, transparent and delivers outstanding value, with no compromise on quality
• Monitor commissions and supplier markups with full clarity

Safety & Peace of Mind

• Work hand in hand with the Security Team to assess and manage travel risks
• Oversee travel insurance and resolve on-trip issues swiftly and discreetly

REQUIREMENTS

You’ll be a great fit if you bring:

• Proven experience in luxury Travel & Lifestyle for UHNW families
• Previous experience serving UHNW principals directly in a private client environment
• A strong professional background in the luxury travel industry
• Deep knowledge of premier international destinations, luxury hospitality and private aviation
• Demonstrated success leading and developing a team
• A structured, systematic mindset paired with genuine creativity and initiative
• Strong negotiation skills and an established network of premium suppliers
• A proven track record in cost optimisation and commercial thinking
• The ability to manage a high workload and shifting priorities with calm and precision
• A high sense of responsibility, discretion and integrity
• Fluent Russian and English (additional languages are a strong plus)
• A truly international outlook and comfort working across cultures

Mobility

• Ability to travel internationally at short notice, including to the UK, Schengen Area, US and other key destinations, without visa or immigration restrictions that could delay urgent travel
• Willingness to travel regularly and accompany the family when required
