We now have an exciting opportunity available for a Health & Wellbeing Specialist to join us in our Health & Wellbeing team in Sydney on a 6-month fixed term basis. Reporting to the Health & Wellbeing Manager, you will play a key role in providing advice and services to line management in the application of Health and Safety (H&S) practices. This role may also provide specialised advice in a technical area of H&S, ensuring the well-being of all employees. The location for this role is flexible and hybrid; and we will consider locations on the east coast of Australia for the right candidate. Key Responsibilities Process Workers’ Compensation and Salary Continuance claims. Establish case management strategies in conjunction with relevant parties Mentor and coach junior team members Prepare data on safety performance and identify trends & opportunities for improvement. Your background Strong understanding of workers compensation and injury management best practices. Excellent advisory and implementation skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
