Health Care Compliance Specialist

About the role
We are looking for an experienced Health Care Compliance Specialist to support a Nordic MedTech organization.

You will work closely with the Healthcare Compliance (HCC) team, supporting compliance programs, risk assessments, monitoring, audits, training and business stakeholders.

Your responsibilities

• Execute Healthcare Compliance activities and programs

• Perform testing and monitoring and risk assessments

• Review compliance documentation and business requests

• Support internal audits, investigations and action plans

• Deliver compliance training and communication

• Collect, analyze and report compliance metrics

• Support implementation of compliance procedures

• Lead compliance projects and work closely with Legal and key stakeholders

Who you are
You are analytical and structured, and you are comfortable working independently and handling ambiguity. You communicate clearly, you enjoy training and influencing others, and you build strong working relationships with stakeholders across the business.

Requirements

• At least 6 years of relevant business experience

• Healthcare or regulatory compliance experience

• Strong risk assessment and analytical skills

• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills

• Excellent communication and training capability

• Ability to work independently and handle ambiguity

• Proficiency in English, and Dutch and/or French

Meritorious

• Medical device or pharmaceutical industry experience

• Audit or testing and monitoring experience

• Compliance systems and data analytics

• Regional or cross-functional project management

• Additional Nordic or European languages

• Relevant BA/BS or advanced degree

Location: Solna, with hybrid work possible
