Job Description:

Our client is seeking a bilingual English/Spanish health coach based in Latin America to support their virtual metabolic optimization program. They are interested in receiving qualified candidates who can deliver an engaging, compassionate, and highly organized coaching experience.

Within Practice Better, the coach should be comfortable managing assigned clients, reviewing food and lifestyle journals, documenting coaching sessions, sending secure messages, monitoring goals and metrics, assigning program resources, and supporting clients throughout their care journey.

Responsibilities of the role:

• Deliver an engaging, compassionate, and highly organized coaching experience.

• Conduct one-on-one and group coaching sessions virtually.

• Manage assigned clients within Practice Better.

• Review client journals, lifestyle tracking, and goals.

• Document coaching sessions.

• Send secure messages to clients.

• Monitor client goals and metrics.

• Assign program resources.

• Support clients throughout their care journey.

• Work within clearly defined clinical boundaries.

• Escalate medical questions to the licensed provider.

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• Professional experience in health, wellness, nutrition, or lifestyle coaching.

• Direct experience using Practice Better EMR.

• Fluency in English and Spanish.

• Knowledge of metabolic health, weight management, insulin resistance, GLP-1 therapies, nutrition, sleep, physical activity, and behavior change.

• Training or experience in motivational interviewing.

• Experience conducting one-on-one and group coaching sessions virtually.

• Strong documentation, communication, and patient-engagement skills.

• Comfort reviewing client journals, lifestyle tracking, goals, and program adherence.

• Familiarity with HIPAA requirements and handling protected health information.

• Availability during U.S. Eastern Time business hours.

• Based in Latin America.

Preferred Skills:

• A background as a certified health coach, nutritionist, dietitian, nurse, psychologist, or other healthcare professional.
