We're hiring a Service Care Coordinator to support a US-based elder care organization in maintaining high standards of patient care through coordination, documentation, and family communication. Responsibilities:

• Maintain regular contact with patients and their families to ensure a high standard of care
• Complete all required monthly and annual documentation accurately and on time
• Coordinate patient transportation and medical supply orders
• De-escalate situations when patients are dissatisfied

What We're Looking For:

• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in basic computer skills (email, documentation, data entry)
• Experience in case management or patient coordination is a plus
• Based in Johannesburg
• Available Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM EST
