Strong communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to support large-scale implementations across diverse user populations. Ability to obtain and maintain a DHS/ICE fitness determination (public trust) and execute a DHS Non-Disclosure Agreement. Legal authorization to work in the U.S. Desired Qualifications Experience supporting DHS, ICE, IHSC, or other federal healthcare IT or EHR modernization programs. Experience supporting EHR go-live and post-implementation optimization across multiple facilities. Familiarity with clinical and operational healthcare workflows and federal environments.
