Health Transformation Team Consultant- Clinical
As part of an industry-leading team, you will help empower results for our clients by delivering innovative and effective solutions as part of our Health Transformation team, part of Aon’s Health Solutions business group. This position can be based out of located in Chicago, IL or near any Aon office.

What the day will look like
Under general direction, provide team consulting support to Health Solutions and Health Transformation consultants in the servicing of existing clients and prospects:
- Serve as a subject matter expert in the areas of clinical population health improvement, developing knowledge on best practices and market trends, and contributing to the developments and enhancement of new and existing products and services
- Assist consultants with benchmarking and industry research
- Educate colleagues on Health Transformation projects, products and services
- Act as project support on targeted client/prospects including data analysis, strategy design and development, vendor selection and implementation, measurement and engagement/communication approach
- Take initiative on building internal relationships
- Provide thought leadership around the development of specific clinical, health improvement, and measurement approaches, products, and tools
- Coordinate with delivery team to establish approaches for disseminating point-of-view, process, tools, and services to markets
- Assist in the delivery of client work
- Assist in preparing client presentations (must have good to excellent skills in excel, word and power point)
- Perform project management
- Project Management - Advanced; Clinical Data Management - Experienced; Data Analysis - Experienced
Skills and experience that will lead to success
- 2+ years of related experience with population health improvement and a clinical background required
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office software
- Team player
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Education
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required; Master’s degree preferred.

Pay Transparency Laws:
The salary range for this position (intended for U.S. applicants) is $80,000 to $90,000 annually. The actual salary will vary based on applicant’s education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted based on applicant’s geographic location.
This position is eligible to participate in one of Aon’s annual incentive plans to receive an annual discretionary bonus in addition to base salary. The amount of any bonus varies and is subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable incentive plan.
