Healthcare Compliance Specialist

We are a South Africa-based outsourcing company looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Healthcare Compliance Specialist to support our US home care clients. In this fully remote role, you will work EST hours, reviewing healthcare documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance on a monthly cycle.

Responsibilities:

• Review healthcare documentation for errors, discrepancies, and non-compliant language.
• Provide clear, structured written feedback to representatives on required corrections.
• Re-review revised documentation to confirm all compliance requirements have been met.
• Ensure all monthly documentation is finalized before the 1st of the following month.

• Strong written English with the ability to communicate feedback clearly and professionally.
• Reliable availability during EST hours, Monday to Friday.
• Experience in healthcare, compliance, or documentation review.
