Service Care Coordinator | Remote | South Africa | EST Times

Safhire is a staffing partner connecting skilled South African professionals with US-based businesses. We're hiring a Service Care Coordinator to support a US-based elder care organization in maintaining high standards of patient care through coordination, documentation, and family communication. If you're organized, empathetic, and know how to keep things running smoothly for patients and their families, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain regular contact with patients and their families to ensure a high standard of care
• Complete all required monthly and annual documentation accurately and on time
• Coordinate patient transportation and medical supply orders
• De-escalate situations when patients are dissatisfied

What We're Looking For:

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree required
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in basic computer skills (email, documentation, data entry)
• Experience in case management or patient coordination is a plus
• Based in Johannesburg
• Willing and able to potentially travel to the US every 3 months for in-person visits
• Willing to relocate to office once set up
• Available Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM EST
