About the Opportunity We are seeking compassionate and customer-focused Healthcare Customer Service Representatives to join a growing remote support team. This position plays a critical role in helping healthcare providers navigate services, resolve inquiries, coordinate care-related requests, and obtain accurate information regarding healthcare programs and benefits. Required Qualifications Required 3+ years of healthcare call center experience Minimum typing speed of 45 WPM Experience navigating multiple systems and screens while actively speaking with customers Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to research and resolve complex issues independently Strong computer proficiency and technical aptitude Comfortable working in a metrics-driven environment Reliable attendance and punctuality Preferred Previous remote/work-from-home experience Prior military experience Healthcare provider support experience Experience working with insurance, healthcare administration, or healthcare operations Key Responsibilities Handle incoming and outbound customer service calls. Identify customer needs and determine appropriate solutions. Research and resolve complex inquiries utilizing multiple databases and internal systems. Accurately document customer interactions and case activity. Assist callers with portal navigation and self-service tools. Escalate issues appropriately when additional support is needed. Maintain departmental standards for quality, productivity, and schedule adherence. Participate in training, coaching, and professional development opportunities. Support quality improvement and process enhancement initiatives. Conduct outbound follow-up calls as necessary. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution. Important: Schedules are assigned based on business needs. Schedule changes are generally not available during the first six months of production. Occasional weekend or holiday coverage may be required. Paid Training Training is approximately 6 weeks and includes instructor-led learning, live system training, call simulations, and supported call experiences. Training Schedule Monday through Friday 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM CST Training Expectations Attendance throughout training is mandatory. Missing three training days may result in removal from the program. Time off during training is generally not permitted. Active participation and engagement are required throughout training sessions. Candidates must remain available for the full training schedule. Remote Work Requirements This is a fully remote position; however, candidates must maintain a professional work environment. Requirements include: Dedicated workspace separate from others Door that closes for privacy Hardwired internet connection (Wi-Fi-only connections are not permitted) Minimum internet speeds: 30 Mbps Download 5 Mbps Upload Ability to work exclusively from the approved home location where company equipment is shipped Candidates may be required to provide internet speed verification and a workspace photo during onboarding. Compensation Pay Rate: $14.78 - $15.00/hour Additional Fringe Pay: $5.09/hour Compensation is subject to applicable Service Contract Act (SCA) requirements and geographic eligibility. Why Apply?
