Healthcare Data Enrollment Specialist (Remote In Wisconsin)

About the Opportunity We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated individual to join our Data Enrollment team during our busy enrollment season. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates who enjoy administrative work, data entry, and working independently in a remote environment. Location: Remote - Must Live in Wisconsin Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM-5:00 PM Employment Type: Contract/Temporary What You'll Do Process incoming enrollment and account-related forms with accuracy and efficiency. Enter and maintain participant information across multiple systems. Update participant accounts, including enrollments, renewals, terminations, and address changes. Review and update Customer Identification Program (CIP) documentation. Assist with account closures, transfers, and manual renewals. Organize and maintain electronic documents and files. Complete quality checks to ensure data accuracy and compliance. Communicate processing updates using established procedures and templates. Support Enrollment and Partner Integration/EDI teams with administrative and data-entry tasks. Escalate discrepancies, incomplete documentation, and exceptions as needed. Qualifications Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Excellent data-entry skills with a high degree of speed and precision. Ability to stay focused while performing repetitive, high-volume tasks. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Ability to follow detailed procedures and quality-control processes. Comfortable navigating multiple computer systems and applications. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively. Commitment to maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
