Healthcare Financial Systems and Reimbursement Manager

We’re hiring someone with medical billing and insurance experience to support financial accounting, payment tracking, and revenue analysis across our clinics.

Responsibilities:
• Track revenue from initial billing through payment reconciliation and year-end close.
• Analyze reimbursement and financial data to advise administration on operational decisions.
• Build internal financial controls and periodic reviews of revenue systems and billing work.
• Help prepare for audits, identify errors, and improve financial workflows.
• Work with billing, finance, and administration to resolve discrepancies and improve reporting.
Qualifications:
• Medical billing or insurance experience and a strong understanding of Medicare and Medicaid reimbursement.
• Familiarity with medical revenue systems, billing records, and related terminology.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn findings into practical recommendations.
• Ability to build useful processes and follow problems through to resolution.
• Capacity for broader oversight, with willingness to begin with hands-on training and routine billing work.

The initial training period will focus on learning Stallant’s billing and financial operations. Responsibilities will expand with demonstrated proficiency.
