Profit Zombies is a rapidly growing marketing and patient acquisition company that helps medical practices across the United States consistently fill their schedules with qualified new patients.

We’re looking for experienced Appointment Setters from Central and South America who know how to have real conversations, overcome objections, build trust, and get people to commit to showing up.

This is NOT cold calling.

Every person you speak with has already requested an appointment. Your job is to contact them quickly, answer their questions, qualify them, confirm their appointment, and maximize their likelihood of showing up.

We’re hiring professionals—not beginners. If you’ve worked in high-volume appointment setting, medical scheduling, sales, or patient coordination, we’d love to meet you.

What You’ll Do

As one of our Appointment Setters, you’ll be responsible for speaking with warm inbound leads and turning appointment requests into confirmed patients.

Responsibilities

• Call warm inbound leads who have already requested an appointment
• Build rapport and confidently guide prospects toward booking
• Answer questions and overcome objections professionally
• Qualify patients based on office requirements
• Confirm appointments and improve overall show rates
• Follow up with no-answers, voicemails, reschedules, and pending leads
• Keep GoHighLevel CRM updated with accurate notes and statuses
• Work closely with our internal team to ensure patients have an outstanding experience
• Handle a high volume of conversations while maintaining quality and professionalism

Required Qualifications

Please do not apply unless you meet ALL of the following:

• 3+ years of experience in appointment setting, inside sales, patient scheduling, or high-volume outbound calling
• Previous experience working with U.S.-based healthcare practices, med spas, chiropractic offices, dental offices, or similar businesses strongly preferred
• Exceptional spoken and written English with a neutral or minimal accent
• Comfortable speaking on the phone for most of the workday
• Strong objection handling and communication skills
• Ability to build trust quickly with prospective patients
• Highly organized with excellent CRM hygiene
• Available Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Eastern Time
• Reliable computer
• Backup internet connection
• Backup power source
• Quiet, professional work environment

Bonus Points

• Experience using GoHighLevel
• Experience in medical, chiropractic, med spa, aesthetics, or wellness industries
• Experience improving appointment confirmation and show rates
• Previous remote experience working for U.S. companies
• Bilingual (English + Spanish)

Compensation

$2,000–$5,000 USD per month

Compensation includes:

• Competitive base salary based on experience
• Performance-based commissions
• Monthly earning potential significantly above base for top performers

Top performers are rewarded aggressively. If you’re exceptional at getting people to show up, you’ll be compensated accordingly.
