Position: Lead Talent Acquisition Specialist (PPEC) Location: Tampa, Florida Hours: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm Hybrid (2 days a week in office) Position Detail: We're looking for an experienced Lead Talent Acquisition Specialist, PPEC to help build and strengthen our talent pipelines across our PPEC markets. This is a hands-on recruiting role for someone who enjoys getting creative, building relationships, and finding talent beyond traditional job postings. You'll lead proactive sourcing efforts, develop relationships with schools and community partners, coordinate and participate in recruiting and hiring events, and create targeted strategies to attract both active and passive candidates. You'll also manage full-cycle recruiting for assigned positions and work closely with PPEC operational leaders to understand staffing needs, anticipate future hiring demand, and develop market-specific recruiting solutions. Lead proactive, data-driven sourcing and talent attraction strategies for PPEC positions across assigned markets. Manage full-cycle recruiting for assigned roles, including sourcing, screening, candidate assessment, interviewing, offer management, and candidate engagement. Build and maintain qualified pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, ATS technology, job boards, referrals, school partnerships, talent communities, and other sourcing tools. Develop targeted strategies to identify and engage active and passive healthcare candidates. Partner closely with PPEC operational leaders to understand staffing needs, growth plans, hiring priorities, and market-specific recruiting challenges. Serve as a consultative recruiting partner by identifying hiring barriers, providing market intelligence, and recommending strategies to improve candidate flow and hiring outcomes. Develop recruiting partnerships with nursing and healthcare programs, schools, professional associations, and community organizations. Lead and support hiring events, community outreach, and other local talent attraction initiatives. Utilize recruiting analytics to monitor pipeline health, sourcing effectiveness, candidate quality, funnel conversion, time-to-fill, and hiring outcomes. Optimize job postings, digital advertising, social media, and other sourcing channels to increase qualified applicant flow. Share sourcing best practices, tools, and successful strategies with Talent Acquisition colleagues. Ensure a positive candidate and hiring manager experience through strong communication, responsiveness, and consistent follow-up. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. 5+ years of recruiting experience, preferably within healthcare, home care, pediatric services, nursing, or other clinical environments. Demonstrated success with proactive sourcing, passive candidate engagement, and pipeline development. Experience managing full-cycle recruiting for high-volume and difficult-to-fill positions. Experience with applicant tracking systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and other sourcing technologies. Strong communication, relationship-building, and consultative partnership skills. Ability to use recruiting data and market trends to develop and adjust sourcing strategies. Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment. Ability to influence, coach, and share best practices with recruiting colleagues without direct supervisory authority. Preferred: Experience recruiting nurses, CNAs, or other direct-care healthcare professionals. Knowledge of the Tampa healthcare talent market. Experience establishing relationships with nursing schools, healthcare programs, professional associations, or community organizations.
