Position: Lead Talent Acquisition Specialist Location: Richardson, Texas Hours: Monday-Friday, 8 am- 5 pm Hybrid (2 days a week in office) Position Detail: We're looking for an experienced Lead Talent Acquisition Specialist to help strengthen our Nursing recruiting efforts. This role goes beyond traditional recruiting; You'll lead proactive sourcing and pipeline development strategies, recruit for critical and hard-to-fill positions, and partner with operational leaders to address market-specific hiring challenges. You'll also serve as a sourcing resource for the broader Talent Acquisition team, sharing best practices, introducing new strategies, and helping strengthen our overall recruiting capabilities. Develop and execute data-driven, proactive sourcing strategies to attract qualified field nursing candidates Partner with operational leaders to align workforce planning, recruiting priorities, and talent acquisition strategies Build and maintain talent pipelines using ATS, sourcing tools including LinkedIn and Indeed, job boards and AI-enabled talent intelligence tools; Leverage sourcing platforms, recruiting technologies, market insights, and automation to identify and engage talent Optimize job posting performance, digital advertising, and social media campaigns to drive candidate attraction and conversion Drive and execute technology-enabled recruiting events, talent communities, school partnerships, and outreach initiatives Develop candidate engagement and nurture strategies to strengthen passive talent pipelines Lead sourcing best practices across the team by sharing expertise, answering questions, and helping recruiters strengthen their sourcing and recruiting capabilities Utilize recruiting analytics to monitor pipeline health, sourcing effectiveness, and hiring outcomes Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience Five (5) years of recruiting experience, preferably within healthcare, home care, pediatric services, nursing, or other clinical environments Demonstrated success with proactive sourcing, passive candidate engagement, and pipeline development Experience managing full-cycle recruiting for high-volume and difficult-to-fill positions.
