Job Description
This is a remote position.
Our client is looking for a Healthcare Outreach & Appointment Setting Specialist to strengthen their U.S. healthcare referral network through proactive business development, strategic prospecting, and qualified meeting coordination.
Our client is a growing U.S.-based healthcare organization specializing in physician-led medical services and care management solutions. They are expanding their partnerships across the healthcare industry, helping providers improve access to medical services, coordinate patient care, and support individuals transitioning from hospital settings to ongoing care.
This opportunity is ideal for a confident, results-oriented professional who enjoys outbound prospecting, building relationships with healthcare decision-makers, and converting conversations into business opportunities.
The specialist will focus exclusively on the U.S. healthcare market, connecting with organizations such as physician practices, home health agencies, rehabilitation centers, senior living communities, and other healthcare referral partners.
This is a high-volume outbound appointment-setting role, rather than a traditional account management or sales-closing position.
Responsibilities
-
Execute daily outbound calling campaigns targeting healthcare organizations throughout the United States.
-
Identify and connect with key stakeholders, including business owners, healthcare administrators, executive directors, clinical leaders, referral coordinators, and practice managers.
-

-
Follow up strategically with contacts who have expressed interest or have not yet committed to a meeting.

-
Confirm appointments, communicate meeting details, and help minimize no-show rates.
-
Navigate conversations with receptionists and administrative personnel to reach appropriate decision-makers.
-
Monitor daily prospecting activities, document results, and provide regular performance updates.
-
Work toward established weekly and monthly outreach and appointment-setting goals.
-
Maintain a consistent, high-volume prospecting workflow throughout the assigned schedule.

These may include owners, administrators, executive directors, business development or marketing directors, clinical directors, practice managers, referral managers, care coordination leaders, and operations executives.
Appointments arranged exclusively with general reception personnel will not count as qualified meetings.
Requirements

Near-native or native-level English proficiency, both spoken and written.
