Healthcare Project Coordinator Remote

IMPORTANT: Remote Locations ONLY must live in PST zone states: CA, NV, TX, NM, AZ, PST only Description • Coordinate project tasks, milestones, meeting follow-ups, deliverables, dependencies, and action items to support timely execution and accountability. • Prepare and maintain recurring project status reports, dashboards, and leadership updates that summarize progress, risks, issues, decisions, dependencies, and upcoming milestones. • Support daily Command Center reporting by compiling updates, tracking open issues and escalations, summarizing operational impacts, and preparing concise daily reports for leadership and cross-functional stakeholders. • Work cross-functionally with business areas to identify and resolve issues in a timely manner; conduct root cause analysis, identify trends, and translate findings into actionable recommendations. • Leverage project management and analytical tools (e.g., Monday.com, Power BI, SQL) to support project planning, execution, monitoring, reporting, and analysis. • Design, generate, and maintain KPI and metrics dashboards; provide regular reporting to management on key performance indicators, readiness progress, operational trends, risks, and issue resolution. • Conduct data-driven analysis of performance trends, identifying actionable insights, and working with teams to implement necessary improvements. • Support process mapping exercises, documenting workflows, and assisting in identifying and implementing process controls and improvements. • Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, ensuring clear status updates, issue escalation, and collaborative problem-solving. Skills Project coordination, Reporting, Monday.com, KPI tracking, healthcare experience preferred Top Skills Details Project coordination,Reporting Additional Skills & Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or Public Health • 2-4 years of experience in program coordination, project coordination, project management, status reporting, business analysis, performance management, and healthcare operations • health plan experience and Medicare/CMS operational knowledge required • experience with analytical and project management platforms; proficiency with Monday.com is strongly preferred. • Skilled in dashboard creation, KPI tracking, and trend analysis tools. • Experience with issue, incident, and defect management. • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities. • verbal and written communication skills • willingness to learn and apply emerging technologies. Experience Level Intermediate Level Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Long Beach, CA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $45.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
