Allied Health Recruiter

Concentric Healthcare Staffing is looking for an experienced Allied Health Recruiter to join our growing team.

We are looking for someone who understands the speed, urgency, and relationship-building it takes to be successful in healthcare staffing. This role will focus on recruiting Allied Health professionals across multiple specialties and settings, building strong candidate relationships, and helping clinicians find opportunities that fit their goals.

This industry moves fast, and we need someone who understands that recruiting does not always happen only between 8 and 5. The right person for this role knows that timing, follow-up, and availability matter. Whether that means connecting with a clinician after hours, responding quickly when a job opens, or staying engaged when a candidate is ready to move. We are looking for someone who takes ownership of the process and understands that speed and consistency are major factors in winning in healthcare staffing.

We are open to considering remote candidates, but candidates who are able to work in office at our Scottsdale, AZ headquarters will be prioritized.

What You’ll Do:

• Recruit Allied Health professionals for travel, contract, and staffing opportunities
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified clinicians
• Source candidates through job boards, referrals, social media, database outreach, and direct recruiting
• Screen candidates, understand their preferences, and match them to open positions
• Work closely with account managers and internal teams to move candidates through the process quickly
• Maintain accurate notes, candidate profiles, and pipeline activity in our ATS
• Provide a high-quality candidate experience from first conversation through placement

What We’re Looking For:

• Healthcare staffing or recruiting experience preferred
• Must have experience with healthcare staffing agency if working remote (all other experience would be required to work at Scottsdale location).
• Allied Health recruiting experience is a strong plus
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build real relationships
• Competitive, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Organized, detail-oriented, and consistent with follow-up
• Ability to manage multiple candidates, jobs, and priorities at once
• Someone who understands that speed, trust, and follow-through matter in this industry
