This is a fast-paced, high-volume role where you'll manage a high volume of open requisitions at once and need to move quickly without sacrificing quality. The ideal candidate is highly organized, results-driven, and comfortable owning full-cycle recruiting for a variety of healthcare professionals across multiple states and site locations. Key Responsibilities: Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for a variety of healthcare positions, including nurses, allied health professionals, physicians, and support staff, across multiple states and site locations. Source qualified candidates through job boards, social media, networking, referrals, NCCHC and other healthcare-specific channels, and additional recruiting channels as needed. Screen resumes, conduct phone and virtual interviews, and evaluate candidate qualifications. Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and facilitate the hiring process from offer through onboarding handoff. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified healthcare professionals across multiple specialties and states. Develop and maintain relationships with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and hiring priorities. Verify candidate licensure and credentialing information (via online verification or directly from the candidate) prior to offer; hand off to the Onboarding team for full compliance tracking and ongoing credential management after start. Understand state-specific licensing requirements and support candidates through multi-state license portability where applicable. Track recruitment metrics and maintain accurate candidate records in Greenhouse (ATS). Manage a high volume of concurrent open requisitions while meeting aggressive hiring timelines. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field (preferred). 3–5 years of healthcare recruiting experience in a staffing agency, hospital, healthcare organization, or similar setting. Proven success managing high-volume recruiting in a fast-paced environment. Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn, Indeed, NCCHC, and other recruiting platforms. Strong knowledge of healthcare roles, licensing, credentialing, and compliance requirements. Experience with multi-state recruiting and license portability is a plus. Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS); Greenhouse experience strongly preferred. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple competing demands and a high volume of simultaneous requisitions. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite . Preferred Skills (Nice to Have): Experience recruiting for correctional or detention center healthcare settings. Experience recruiting for travel healthcare, home health, behavioral health, or acute care positions. Ability to build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers. Self-motivated with excellent time management and problem-solving abilities.
