Healthcare Recruiter (ABA Therapy)

💰 Salary: Up to R25,000 per month, depending on experience

About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist to take ownership of the front end of our hiring pipeline for Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Behavior Technicians (BTs).

You’ll be responsible for sourcing candidates, managing outreach, conducting first-round screening interviews, and identifying qualified candidates to move forward to our internal team for a second and final interview.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys high-volume recruitment, candidate engagement, and working independently in a fully remote environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Monitor open staffing needs and manage job postings for RBT and BT positions across assigned regions
• Review incoming applications and match candidates to open positions
• Verify candidate certification status through the BACB
• Proactively reach out to candidates and manage initial communication
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records
• Schedule and conduct first-round screening interviews
• Gather key candidate information, including:
• Location
• Full-time or part-time preference
• Availability
• Desired start date
• Compensation expectations
• Assess candidates for professionalism, communication skills, and reliability
• Collect and follow up on professional references for candidates who pass screening
• Hand qualified candidates over to the internal recruiting team for a second interview
• Communicate professionally and promptly with candidates who are not moving forward
• Work closely with the internal recruiting team to understand hiring needs and maintain a strong candidate pipeline

What We’re Looking For

• Previous recruiting or talent acquisition experience
• Healthcare or ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) recruitment experience is highly preferred
• Experience conducting high-volume phone or video screening interviews
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and administrative skills
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously
• Comfortable working US Eastern Time business hours
• Able to work independently and consistently in a remote environment
