What You'll Do Build trusted relationships with clinicians and understand their goals. Use Adept's matching engine to find high-fit roles quickly. Guide candidates through interviews, offers, and onboarding. Partner with Account Managers and Compliance to ensure fast, flawless starts. Support redeployment and long-term clinician success.
