Location: Remote – Colombia

Schedule: Full-time | U.S. Pacific Time (Los Angeles)

Compensation: $1,500–$1,700 USD/month, depending on experience

About the Role

Senior Helpers of North Valley is looking for a proactive, organized, and people-focused Healthcare Recruiting Coordinator based in Colombia to support our Los Angeles operations.

This is a full-time remote position focused primarily on caregiver recruiting and onboarding, with additional scheduling support as needed.

The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys working with people, communicates confidently in English, follows through consistently, and can manage multiple candidates and priorities while keeping the recruiting pipeline organized and up to date.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage caregiver candidates throughout the recruiting and onboarding process, from initial outreach through readiness for work.

• Support job postings and manage applicant flow through recruiting platforms.

• Conduct initial outreach, candidate screenings, and interviews.

• Maintain consistent and timely communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.

• Track onboarding requirements, documentation, pending items, and next steps.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate statuses in the recruiting pipeline.

• Coordinate interviews, onboarding steps, and orientation.

• Identify candidate delays, blockers, or issues and escalate them when appropriate.

• Maintain an active caregiver pipeline based on current staffing and client needs.

• Provide weekly recruiting and pipeline updates.

• Support caregiver scheduling and coverage needs when needed, including outreach related to open shifts and urgent staffing needs.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, staffing, or a similar role.

• Experience recruiting for U.S.-based companies is strongly preferred.

• Healthcare, home care, caregiver recruiting, staffing, or high-volume recruiting experience is highly preferred.

• Strong spoken and written English.

• Strong candidate screening and interviewing skills.

• Excellent communication and follow-up skills.

• Highly organized and able to manage multiple candidates and priorities simultaneously.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate candidate records.

• Comfortable working with recruiting platforms, applicant tracking systems, and online tools.

• Ability to work independently, take ownership of responsibilities, and identify when an issue needs to be escalated.

• Must be based in Colombia and available to work during Los Angeles / Pacific Time business hours.

What Success Looks Like

You will help maintain a consistent pipeline of qualified caregivers, ensure candidates receive timely follow-up, move qualified candidates efficiently through the onboarding process, and keep recruiting efforts aligned with current staffing needs.

$1,500–$1,700 USD per month, depending on experience.
