Translia (an ISO 17100 / 18587 certified language company) is looking for a native Hebrew-speaking language assessor to evaluate the spoken Hebrew proficiency of non-native candidates against the CEFR framework (target level B2), for customer-service roles.
What you'll do:
Conduct short live online oral assessments (about 20-30 minutes) by video call - a warm-up conversation plus a customer-service role-play.
Score each candidate against CEFR B2 speaking descriptors: fluency, accuracy, range, interaction, and intelligibility.
Deliver a brief written report with a pass / borderline / fail conclusion and a hiring recommendation.
You're a great fit if you:
Are a native or near-native Hebrew speaker with strong English.
Have experience in language teaching, examining, CEFR rating, or oral proficiency interviewing (OPI or similar) - preferred.
Are reliable, available on a flexible / on-demand basis, and comfortable with remote video assessment.
Details: Freelance, paid per assessment, fully remote, occasional and on-demand. Volume starts small (a few candidates) with potential for more.
To apply: send a short note about your background and any CEFR / assessment experience - a brief voice introduction in Hebrew is welcome. Or email [email protected].
