Help Desk Technician level 1

A level 1 IT technician is an entry-level position that provides basic technical support to users and troubleshoots common IT issues.

• Responsabilities : The typical duties of a level 1 IT technician include: Installing and configuring software and hardware Setting up and maintaining user accounts and passwords Resolving network and connectivity problems Providing phone and email support Documenting incidents and resolutions Gathers and analyzes information about the user's issue and determines the best way to resolve their problem.

• Skills: The minimum requirements for a level 1 IT technician are: A high school diploma or Tecnhician at SENA in some tech field. Tech Support Experience; at least 1 year of experience. Good communication and customer service skills
