⭐ Associate Director – Health Economics & Outcomes Research (m/f/d) (Contractor) ⭐

📍 Setup: 100% Remote (Must reside in Switzerland) | ~10% European Travel

⏳ Engagement: Flexible 60%–100% FTE (6-12 months to maximize impact)

You won't be sitting in an ivory tower—you will be at the absolute center of action, designing and steering the JCA evidence strategy for upcoming high-stakes European launches (2027+).

What You’ll Be Doing:

• JCA & PICO Strategy: Evaluate PICO feasibility and lead dossier readiness.
• Evidenz & ITC Leadership: Drive Indirect Treatment Comparisons, review Statistical Analysis Plans, and generate comparative data that proves true value.
• Matrix Synergy: Serve as the crucial, pragmatic bridge connecting Market Access, Medical Affairs, Clinical Development, and Biostatistics.
• Vendor Steering: Brief and manage top-tier external consultancies and agencies to turn raw analytics into executable strategies.

Who We Are Looking For:

• Proven hands-on track record in HEOR, Indirect Treatment Comparisons, and pharma matrix dynamics (JCA experience is a huge plus!).
• Pragmatic, communicative, and collaborative mindset—someone who brings science to life across commercial and medical teams.
• Officially based and residing in Switzerland (contractual requirement).
• Fluent in English (German is not required).
