Role Description

This is a full-time remote opportunity for a High-Ticket Closer. You'll be selling a private 6-month health optimisation program for high-performing men — combining blood testing, personalised coaching, and a doctor-backed methodology that delivers lasting, measurable results. The role involves closing inbound deals, maintaining an updated sales pipeline, and running consultative, value-led sales conversations with business owners, executives, and high-performers. You'll work directly alongside the founder (currently the sole closer) with 2 setters feeding your calendar, and play a key role in scaling revenue from $50–80k AUD to $200k AUD per month within 3 months.

Qualifications

• Proven experience and skills in high-ticket sales.
• Comfortable selling to successful, busy men who want to get leaner, stronger, and more energised without sacrificing business or lifestyle.
• Skilled at navigating $9.8k AUD conversations with a consultative, value-led approach focused on long-term health, performance, and bio-optimisation.
• Able to relate to driven, time-poor professionals who care about measurable results — and are willing to invest in a premium, doctor-backed programme.
• Must send an intro video — that's how our clients identify if they want you on their team.
• English as first language or C2 is required.
• Based in Australia (or able to work full-time within Australian business hours).
