Schedule: Full-Time (Mon–Fri) 40 hrs a week remote

Compensation: Base + Commission OTE: $4,000–$10,000+/month (uncapped)

Role Overview

As a High Ticket Closer, your sole focus is closing qualified, pre-booked sales calls. No cold calling. No lead generation. You’ll speak directly with HVAC business owners who have already expressed interest and have been qualified.This role is ideal for a confident closer who thrives in performance-based environments and wants uncapped earning potential.

Responsibilities

Close pre-qualified, booked appointments with HVAC business owners

• Conduct Zoom sales calls using proven scripts and frameworks
• Identify client needs and position our AI & marketing solutions effectively
• Overcome objections and guide prospects to confident decisions
• Update deal stages, notes, and outcomes inside GoHighLevel (GHL)
• Hit weekly and monthly closing KPIs
• Tech Stack You’ll UseGoHighLevel (GHL) – CRM, pipelines, call tracking
• Zoom – sales calls
• Internal Slack / Team Channels
• What We’re Looking ForProven experience in high ticket closing (B2B preferred)
• Strong communication, persuasion, and objection-handling skills
• Comfortable with commission-only, performance-driven roles
• Coachable, disciplined, and results-oriented
• Bonus: Experience in digital marketing, HVAC, home services, or agencies
