About the Role

We are looking for an experienced High-Ticket Sales Closer to join our remote sales team and sell an established education program to Australian customers.

You will speak with inbound leads, understand their needs, present the offer, handle objections, and close sales. This role is ideal for a confident sales professional who can take control of a sales conversation, build trust quickly, and consistently ask for the sale.

Key Responsibilities

• Take inbound sales calls from Australian leads
• Conduct discovery and identify customer needs and goals
• Present the program and explain its value
• Handle objections confidently and professionally
• Close sales and collect payments
• Explain and manage payment-plan options
• Follow up with leads, no-shows, and previous prospects
• Make outbound calls to available leads in the CRM
• Monitor Slack for available sales opportunities
• Maintain accurate CRM notes and sales activity
• Attend training and coaching sessions
• Apply feedback quickly and continuously improve sales performance

Requirements

• Proven experience in high-ticket sales closing
• Strong verbal communication and confident phone presence
• Ability to lead and maintain authority during sales conversations
• Strong objection-handling and closing skills
• Comfortable discussing pricing and payment plans
• Self-motivated and proactive approach to sales
• Strong follow-up skills
• Excellent coachability
• Availability to work Australian/Sydney hours
• Ability to work full-time after successfully completing the trial

Experience selling information products, coaching, education, or similar offers is highly preferred.
