About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Migration Sales Consultant to join our Sales team.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with clients, identifying their migration needs, and guiding prospective clients toward the right visa and migration solutions.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of experience working with employer-sponsored Australian visa matters and an understanding of the migration industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Follow up with prospective clients via phone, email, and other communication channels.
• Conduct consultations with prospective clients and understand their migration goals and circumstances.
• Convert qualified leads into clients and consistently achieve sales targets.
• Provide information on employer-sponsored visa pathways and relevant migration options.
• Build strong and professional relationships with clients throughout the sales process.
• Work closely with registered migration agents and internal processing teams to ensure a smooth client experience.
• Maintain accurate client records and update CRM systems.
• Stay informed about changes to Australian migration policies, visa requirements, and employer-sponsored pathways.
• Provide a high level of customer service while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Previous experience in migration sales, immigration services, recruitment, or a related client-facing industry.
• An understanding of employer-sponsored visa pathways and the Australian migration process.
• At least 1 year of experience dealing with employer-sponsored Australian visas.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A confident and consultative approach to sales.
• Strong negotiation, follow-up, and relationship-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• A target-driven mindset with a genuine focus on achieving results.
