RZ HR Studio is hiring Creative Strategists for clients in our Remote Talent Network. Our clients include 7–8 figure DTC and eCommerce brands, SaaS companies, and performance marketing agencies that rely on creative to drive customer acquisition and growth. If you're skilled at understanding customers, finding winning angles, developing compelling ad concepts, and turning insights into high-performing creative, we'd love to connect with you. WHO YOU'LL BE WORKING WITH You'll join a curated network of growth-focused companies and be matched with brands looking for experienced creative talent. WHAT YOU'LL DO Develop creative strategies, ad concepts, hooks, angles, and messaging for paid social campaigns Conduct customer, competitor, and market research to uncover creative opportunities Identify customer pain points, desires, objections, and buying motivations Develop creative briefs and scripts for UGC creators, copywriters, video editors, and designers Analyze ad performance and identify opportunities for creative testing and iteration Partner with media buyers and creative teams to improve campaign performance Develop and test creative concepts across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and other paid media channels Stay current with advertising trends, consumer behavior, platform updates, and emerging creative formats WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR Experience in creative strategy, direct-response marketing, DTC, eCommerce, SaaS, lead generation, or performance marketing Strong understanding of paid social advertising, particularly Meta, TikTok, and/or YouTube Proven ability to develop compelling hooks, angles, ad concepts, and messaging Strong copywriting, research, and communication skills Understanding of customer psychology and direct-response principles Ability to use creative performance data to inform testing and strategy Comfortable collaborating with founders and cross-functional marketing teams Able to work independently in a remote, fast-paced, async environment Strong ownership, attention to detail, and ability to execute without constant supervision BONUS IF YOU HAVE Experience working with 7–8 figure DTC or eCommerce brands Experience scaling paid social campaigns Experience with UGC ads, VSLs, advertorials, or other direct-response formats Experience with customer research, social listening, or competitor analysis A portfolio showcasing high-performing ad creative and measurable results Experience working closely with media buyers and performance marketers IMPORTANT NOTE Compensation, schedule, and benefits vary depending on the client and opportunity.
