Hiring Digital Creative Graphic Designer

We’re Hiring | Digital Creative Designer | 4+ Years

We’re not looking for a conventional graphic designer.

We’re looking for someone who can take an idea and turn it into a simple, engaging and visually addictive digital experience.

At Inventrik, we create digital experiences around gamification, loyalty, rewards, vouchers and customer engagement — and we’re looking for a designer who can help us make these experiences even more exciting.

What you’ll create

Gamification & interactive experiences

Rewards, vouchers & loyalty journeys

UI screens, landing pages & digital campaigns

Characters, illustrations, icons & game elements

Social & marketing creatives

New visual concepts that make people stop, look and engage

GIF,animations

What we’re looking for

4+ years of professional design experience, with a strong portfolio demonstrating excellent visual and digital design skills.

You should be confident with:

• Adobe Creative Suite – Photoshop, Illustrator and relevant Adobe tools

• AI creative tools** – Midjourney, Recraft, Adobe Firefly or equivalent

• Figma – UI, layouts, prototypes & digital experiences

Experience with ChatGPT, Runway, Spline, Canva or other emerging AI/design tools is a plus.

More important than the tools…

We want someone with:

A strong visual eye

Great sense of typography, colour, composition & hierarchy

Ability to turn a rough idea into a polished creative

A passion for creating simple, fun and engaging experiences

Curiosity to experiment with new AI and design technologies

Ability to work independently and collaborate remotely

Experience in SaaS, digital products, gamification, gaming, loyalty, consumer brands or interactive experiences will be an advantage.
