• ITIL
• Incident & Problem Management
• BPMN / Business Process Analysis
• Functional Analysis
• Vendor & Stakeholder Management
• Basic Accounting knowledge

🗣️ Languages – Mandatory:

🇫🇷 French – Active professional level

🇳🇱 Dutch – Active professional level

🇬🇧 English – Active professional level
