Role Description The Holding Real Estate Finance Manager is a full-time role responsible for overseeing the financial management of Tampah Hills’ real estate holdings and development projects. This role includes preparing and analyzing financial statements, managing budgets and forecasts, and monitoring cash flow for multiple entities within the holding structure. The Finance Manager will evaluate investment opportunities, support project financing, and ensure accurate reporting of property assets, liabilities, and revenues. Day-to-day tasks involve coordinating with internal stakeholders and external partners, overseeing accounting processes, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, and optimizing financial performance of the resort’s real estate portfolio. The role also involves contributing to strategic planning, implementing financial controls, and supporting senior leadership with timely, data-driven insights.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting for real estate or hospitality assets.
• Proficiency in financial analysis, investment evaluation, and portfolio performance monitoring.
• Experience with accounting principles, consolidations, and reporting for holding or multi-entity structures.
• Comfort with financial modeling, cash flow analysis, and scenario planning using spreadsheet tools.
• Ability to interpret and work with contracts, leases, and transaction documentation related to property assets.
• Knowledge of risk management, internal controls, and compliance standards applicable to real estate or resorts.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills for working remotely with cross-functional and international teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; professional certification (e.g., CPA, CFA) is an advantage.
• Prior experience in real estate, hospitality, or investment management is highly beneficial.
• High level of integrity, attention to detail, and ability to work independently in a remote environment.
