Number of Openings: 2 Hiring Priority: Active Hiring We are looking for a Home-Based Business Development Support Specialist to join a growing U.S.-based company in the vegetation management industry. In this role, you will support sales and business development activities by researching potential customers, identifying service opportunities, creating and managing CRM leads, and maintaining accurate GIS and mapping data. You will work closely with Business Development Representatives, sales teams, and internal stakeholders to support lead generation, project coordination, and business growth. Multitasking: Able to prioritize multiple tasks, adapt to changing requirements, and consistently meet deadlines. ​ WHAT YOU WILL DO Operations Support ( 25 – 100 %) Create polygons for DOT Rights-of-Way along routes awarded to Opterra . Calculate treatable acreage for the awarded routes . Maintain mapping records. Ensure consistency and accuracy of mapping data. Sales & Business Development Support ( 25 – 100 %) Visually locate commercial and industrial properties to: Identify Industrial Weed Control opportunities. Identify Stormwater Maintenance opportunities. Place map pins. Research companies. Create CRM Lead records. Gather: Company Name Address GPS Coordinates Primary Phone Number Notes on why the property qualifies Create polygons for potential service areas for the Lead records Input Serviceable Acres in Lead record for IWC Opportunities Assign leads to th e appropriate Business Development Representative Shared Responsibilities Maintain accurate GIS and CRM data. Utilize Google Earth, Google My Maps , GDS OnSight , Opterra CRM, or other mapping platforms. Ensure consistency and accuracy of mapping data. Support special research projects. Continuously identify opportunities to improve mapping processes and data quality. WHAT WE LOOK FOR Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience: 1–3 years of experience in Lead Generation, Business Development, or related roles. Language Proficiency: Strong verbal, written, and English communication skills. Working schedule: Ability to work overnight/graveyard shifts in Philippine time or within US operating hours. Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace. Familiarity with CRM platforms and lead management systems. Basic exposure to HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and ZoomInfo is preferred. Comfortable using Google Earth, Google My Maps, or similar mapping platforms. Strong research and data-entry skills. Ability to accurately maintain CRM and GIS records. Direct cold-calling experience is a plus.
