Number of Openings: 2 Hiring Priority: Active Hiring The DCX Client Services - Home-Based Sales Order Specialist will handle all aspects of the order entry a nd order management operation to ensure that client orders and production schedules are aligned to meet delivery dates and to provide an exceptional customer experience to internal and external customers by taking ownership of customer inquiries. This involves setting up the necessary files for order processing, ensuring a seamless and efficient workflow, and completing client orders with a focus on a balance of speed and accuracy. REQUIRED CORE COMPETENCIES A highly proficient communicator in both spoken and written English Strong organizational and time management skills Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills Excellent problem-solving skills Ability to prioritize, multitask, be flexible, and meet deadlines WHAT YOU WILL DO Responsible for service delivery planning, organizing, and managing service orders from customers. Review order data, correct errors, and generate purchase orders for suppliers. Review submitted orders for properly formatted artwork, completeness, accuracy, delivery timeline, and acceptable margin. Update orders to allocate quantities shipped to customer locations. Document all order-related activities in various systems. Provide general day-to-day customer service to clients and vendors. Provide customers with information on price information, order status, samples, and completed orders. Respond to customer service and order management issues as received to prevent delays and errors in order processing. Ad hoc tasks aligned with those mentioned above. WHAT WE LOOK FOR Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing , Communications, and Business Administration, or any related field . Experience: 1- 2 years of direct Promotional, C ustomer Service, or O rder M anagement r ol e . Language Proficiency: Strong verbal, written, and English communication skills. Working schedule: Ability to work overnight/graveyard shifts in Philippine time or within US operating hours . Technical Skills: Proficient in both Microsoft and Google applications. Basic exposure to Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, an d C anva is ide al . Industry Specific Software/Knowledge: Direct experience in the promotional industry or comparable e-commerce experience is beneficial. Strong customer service skills and adaptability to different personalities. Various promotional industry-specific software (i.e., Sage, ESP, CommonSku , Syncore ) Ability to work in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment and meet tight deadlines.
